Basically what you are going to want to do is stand in the same spot that the monk does in this video, If you stand there you are immune to the flames (Pretty sure this is a bug) and will not be affected by that. then basically all you want to do is give your follower a strong DPS weapon, and let it do all the DPS while you take the aggro from the boss. Just spam healing as much as you can, and since the flames can’t damage you you shouldn’t have too much trouble surviving the butcher.

Mantra of Healing
Serenity
Transcendence (Passive)
The rest are up to you, if you can find something more effective, then use that.
